With just a touch of a dial, the stars align in the official trailer for the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show starring the upcoming event’s acts Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar.
Directed by filmmaker F. Gary Gray and scored by Adam Blackstone, all five acts get a call from their separate locations to report to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. Eminem’s locked in his lab as his “Rap God” plays, Snoop cruises in his Chevy to “The Next Episode”, while MJB’s “Family Affair” soundtracks her photoshoot.
Elsewhere, a “Humble” K.Dot jots in his notepad from his home studio while Dr. Dre walks the beach to “California Love”. The nearly-4-minute clip ends with all performers regrouping and walking to the stadium.
The Super Bowl LVI’s Pepsi Halftime Show is produced by DPS with both Roc Nation and Jesse Collins as executive producers, and Hamish Hamilton as director. The show goes down at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on February 13.
