Exclusive Interview with Brian Congdon

So excited to be chatting with Brian Congdon today! Welcome! Let’s dive right in.When did you first know you wanted to become a musical artist? What was the first song you ever wrote?

I would say I first started thinking about it when I was 20 years old right before I started playing in bars around town. The first song I wrote was a song called “Exit 23” , a song about meeting a girl by accident.

If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, have a drink with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?

I would love to write and play a gig with HARDY, he is my favorite writer and performer currently in country music!

Between your very first performance and now, how would you say you have grown, as both a musician and an artist?

I would say my confidence on stage has been the biggest leap. I look back on old shows and can just see how nervous I was.

What would you like to be remembered for in your musical career, when all is said and done, when future music lovers look for and covet your music, what would you like them to be looking for and remembering you for?

I would like them to say that everything I produced was real, from the songs I wrote to the way I performed them on the stage!

Where do you go from here, what are your plans for the rest of 2022 and where can we find and listen to your music?

My plans for the rest of 2022 is to play around Nashville, make connections and write music. My music is currently available on Apple Music, Spotify and really anywhere you can stream music!
