Linkin Park Tease Possible Meteora Rerelease

Love them or hate them, Linkin Park‘s songs live rent-free in almost every millennial’s brain. Now, the release of their 2003 record Meteora is coming up, and a teaser on the band’s website foretells something big.

As you can see here, the band made their website temporarily look like an old-school PC. Clicking on the error message causes a “crash” and “reboot” that ends with a countdown to the record’s anniversary.

So all we really know or now is that Linkin Park are doing something for the record next week. This could be another massive reissue like the one they did for the 20th anniversary of Hybrid Theory.

Meteora was one of the band’s most successful records right alongside Hybrid Theory. The record initially sold 16 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best selling of the 21st century. Hopefully, fans will get a new version of this new record with some fun added bonuses.
