King of the Hill Revival to Premiere on Hulu This Summer

The long-in-the-works King of the Hill revival finally has a premiere date. The new season of the beloved Mike Judge show will premiere on Hulu on Monday, August 4. Watch the first preview of the new season below.

King of the Hill ran for 13 seasons between 1997 and 2010. During that original run, Tom Petty voiced the character Elroy “Lucky” Kleinschmidt. The show also featured guest turns from musicians like Tammy Wynette, Willie Nelson, Gwen Stefani, and the Chicks, and ZZ Top’s Dusty Hill.

Here is the synopsis for the forthcoming 14th season of King of the Hill: “After years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their retirement nest egg, Hank and Peggy Hill return to a changed Arlen, Texas, to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer, and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his twenties with his former classmates Connie, Joseph, and Chane.”
