Listen to Haim’s New Song “Take Me Back”

Haim have shared a new song: “Take Me Back” is the latest single from their forthcoming album, I Quit. Give it a listen below.

Danielle Haim and Rostam Batmanglij co-produced “Take Me Back.” Haim co-wrote their new song with Tobias Jesso Jr., with whom they made “Hallelujah” and “Relationships.” The track also features saxophone from Henry Solomon.

Discussing the inspiration for “Take Me Back,” Haim said in a press statement, “For the first time since high school, the three of us all found ourselves single. We were going out a lot; just the three of us spending quality time together. So much so that we would reminisce about living at home and all the crazy stories that happened during our teenage years.”

“Take Me Back” is the fourth single from I Quit, following “Relationships,” “Everybody’s Trying to Figure Me Out” and “Down to Be Wrong.” The new album is out June 20 via Columbia. Haim will support their follow-up to 2020’s Women in Music Pt. III with a tour of North America and the United Kingdom.
