Cyndi Lauper Announces Farewell Tour

Cyndi Lauper has announced her final tour, dubbed the “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour,” a 23-date outing kick off this fall.

Lauper’s first major tour in a decade, the “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour” will open with a performance on October 18th in Montreal, Canada. From there, Lauper will head to Detroit, Boston, and Washington DC, before making a stop in her hometown New York for a night at Madison Square Garden. After that, she’ll play in cities like Nashville, Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more before wrapping in Chicago on December 5th. Check out the full list of Lauper’s upcoming dates below.

Tickets for the tour will first become available through an artist pre-sale opening via Live Nation on Tuesday, June 4th (use code CHORD). General on-sale will then open on Ticketmaster on June 7th at 10:00 a.m. local time. After that, fans can look for deals or get tickets to sold-out shows via StubHub, where orders are 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s FanProtect program.

Last month, Lauper also announced a new documentary titled Let the Canary Sing, which will tell her life story from her ascent to stardom to her lasting legacy through multiple generations. The doc will premiere on Paramount+ on June 4th, and a soundtrack will be released via Legacy Recordings.
