Alternative R&B singer Isaia Huron has returned with his new song “Circle” via Slang Music. It’s his first taste of new music in over a year.
The 90-second, self-penned track is an ode to a mysterious dancer. “See baby’s always moving / Her new apartment’s big this year / Who knows how she paid rent last year / But this year she’s independent,” he croons.
Speaking on “Circle,” Huron tells Rated R&B, “It’s just funny that a song I made three years ago in the baptism room of my dad’s church in Greenville, now having the imagery of a stripper all over the video; I think it just shows the duality that exists within me and I think really within all people.”
“Circle” is packaged with an official video directed by Caleb Ward.
“Circle” is the follow-up to the South Carolina artist’s “GLT Freestyle,” released in March 2023. A month prior, he released Libbie 02, a reworked version of his 2020 EP, Libbie.
