Liam Gallagher Confirms He Reserves Seat for Noel at Every Show on Solo Tour

Though Liam Gallagher previously revealed his brother and former Oasis bandmate Noel Gallagher turned down the opportunity to reunite for a tour celebrating the 30th anniversary of Definitely Maybe, it appears he hasn’t given up hope for a reconciliation.

As Stereogum points out, the younger Gallagher brother recently confirmed that he saves a seat for Noel at each of the shows on his solo “Definitely Maybe 30 Years Tour.”

Liam made the admission after a musician named Simon Love posted a photo of a sign placed on the seat in front of theirs reading, “RESERVED NOEL GALLAGHER.”

A few days later, Liam responded to a now-private tweet asking whether he does this for every show by saying, “Yes you never know. Hope is a powerful thing, I guess.”
