Courtesy of Reel Goats, the clip centers Billion Dollar Baby cruising through the night in Las Vegas, performing on stage, sailing the ocean, and kicking back at the crib while his kids rap along.
“Baby, you know what it is, and you know what it’s not / You was around a nigga still when niggas wasn’t hot / They know I paid them dividends to get they brother dropped / And never sold my soul, I might fuck ’round, be another ‘Pac.”
“Done Trying” is the opening number off his recent 3-track EP, Ghetto Superstar (The Intro). The video arrives on the heels of last month’s “Not Like Us” freestyle.
