Jelly Roll Drops Huge Hint About His Next Album: WATCH

Jelly Roll announced a tour expansion and performed a new song during a stop on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week, but that wasn’t all. The singer also dropped a big hint about when fans can expect his next album.

During his couch interview, guest host Martin Short asked Jelly to share the release date for his project he’s currently working on.

“Oh, I’m not supposed to say, but I will,” the singer shot back with a laugh. “This is the hint I will give: Jelly Roll’s music favors the fall,” he went on to say.

That’s the only tidbit that Jelly was willing to share, but fans shouldn’t have to wait too much longer to get all the details — after all, fall is only a few months away. In the meantime, he’s been steadily rolling out new music. His current single is “I Am Not Okay,” and during his stand on Jimmy Kimmel, the star debuted another new song called “Burning.”

Meanwhile, Jelly is busy prepping for his 2024 Beautifully Broken Tour, which kicks off in late August. Opening acts include Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay, and newly announced dates in October and November will feature Ernest, Shaboozey and Allie Colleen.

When it does arrive, Jelly’s next project will be the follow-up to Whitsitt Chapel, his major-label breakout debut from June 2023.
