Ne Obliviscaris to Play All of Exul and Citadel During European Tour

Later this year, extreme progressive metal band Ne Obliviscaris will be touring Europe and as a special treat, they’re giving their fans a chance to see them play the entirety of 2023’s Exul and 2014’s Citadel.

Set to start on October 9 in Athens, Greece and coming to a close on November 7 in Colmar, France, the tour will see Ne Obliviscaris hitting some major stops along the way, including Stockholm, Warsaw, Paris, and London. Speaking of the upcoming tour, the band said they were excited to celebrate their successes over the year by reliving those two albums in full.

“Here in 2024 we have much to celebrate as a band. Last year saw the release of our most successful album to date Exul, and with it a return to the road that saw us performing to ever-increasing crowds wherever we went. So many new people have discovered our music through Exul and we are so incredibly proud of what we created with this album.

“2024 however also marks the 10th anniversary of our second album, Citadel, the record that launched us into the international scene back in 2014. Citadel took us from our little corner of the world in Australia to stages across the world for the first time.”

As usual, nostalgia wins the day in 2024. Still, it’s great to see a band not just celebrating their past successes, but their recent ones as well. Exul was a pretty good release, so fans should be excited to check this show out when it crisscrosses Europe later this year.
