Photos: Baroness, Portrayal of Guilt, and Filth is Eternal at Broken Goblet Brewing in Bensalem, Pennsylvania on June 27

It’s no secret, but pretty much everyone here at MetalSucks really digs Baroness. For years now, they’ve just been putting out killer tunes that we can’t stop coming back to time and time again. And after hanging out with John Baizley and Gina Gleason in Philly last year, we have an even better appreciation for them as people.

So when we saw they were coming back to the area for another show, it was a no-brainer that we had to head out and catch ’em live yet again. This time around, we had Jess Ripper show up with her camera in hand to capture the night, including the sets by supporting acts Portrayal of Guilt and Filth is Eternal.

As you can see in the photos below, all three bands put it all out there for the crowd, offering an awesome show in a pretty chill venue like Broken Goblet Brewing. If you’ve never seen Baroness live, you really owe it to yourself to check ’em out.

Big thanks are in order for the incredibly talented Jess Ripper, who once again went out into the unwashed horde and brought back some great photos to share with you all. As always, we’re thankful to have her out there with her camera in hand to take such great shots. Definitely comment on how good her work is down below. Oh and feel free to follow her on Instagram at @jess1ripper.
