Are you thirsty to play Black Ops 6? Well, we have some goods for you.
Mark your calendars, Call of Duty fans; the Black Ops 6 multiplayer open beta kicks off on August 30. Activision announced the news, confirming that we can play the next installment in the Black Ops franchise two days after Call of Duty: Next on August 28.
Players can expect to experience the new “game-changing Omnimovement” and the other innovations introduced in Black Ops 6.
Players can also experience the new maps built by Treyarch, build weapon loadouts, and access various weapons, equipment, and Perks across different game modes.
Per the game’s blog, those who preordered the Vault Edition of the game will have access to the Hunters vs. Hunted Operator Pack (Park, Adler, Brutus, or Klaus) and can take the five weapons from the Mastercraft Weapon Collection for a spin.
The Black Ops 6 multiplayer beta will occur two weekends and feature early access.
Here is a breakdown of the schedule:
Weekend One: Early Access
Available to players who have preordered the game across all platforms (consoles and PC), as well as Game Pass subscribers, the first Beta weekend is scheduled to begin on Friday, August 30 at 10AM PT, and end on Wednesday, September 4 at 10AM PT.
Weekend Two: Open Beta
The second Beta weekend is for all players on all platforms, regardless of their preorder status, as well as Game Pass subscribers. The second Beta weekend is scheduled to begin on Friday, September 6 at 10AM PT, and end on Monday, September 9 at 10 AM PT.
