It’s been a wild ride for Ant Clemons since he released his 2020 debut project Happy 2 Be Here.
The Grammy-nominated singer lent his songwriting skills to projects such as Kiana Ledé’s KIKI and 6LACK’s 6pc Hot. He also collaborated with Justin Timberlake for “Better Days.” To top it all off, he picked up a 2021 Best R&B Album nod.
Clemons celebrates his deserved success and his road to superstardom since Happy 2 Be Here with an anniversary edition of the acclaimed work.
Packaged on the upgraded version is “June 1st,” a retrospective guitar-driven record where credits this day as a life-changing moment. All a part of his progress and process, he reflects on sleeping on a park bench and punching the clock at Red Lobster before his new beginning.
Along with the re-release of Happy 2 Be Here, Clemons directs his devoted fanbase to his official website to skim through and purchase exclusive merchandise tied to the album.
