King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp and his wife, the actress and singer Toyah Willcox, have unveiled the latest entry in their “Sunday Lunch” series of cover videos that have captured the internet’s attention in recent weeks.
Their newest effort finds the pair tackling Britney Spears’ 2003 hit “Toxic” and again sees Wilcox don an outfit that leaves little to the imagination. The clip, described as “a love letter to Britney Spears” in the YouTube description, also tags the #freebritney movement, a campaign that seeks to have Spears released from a conservatorship helmed by her father, Jamie Spears, that’s been in place since the singer’s mental breakdown in 2008.
You can watch the video below, which ends with a rare spoken part from Fripp himself as well as an outtake in which the couple both crack up.
