NEW MUSIC: KEITH JACOBS RELEASES EP-TOO MUCH

After creating a buzz with new visuals “Back & Forth” and “Better,” rising Houston singer Keith Jacobs releases anticipated new EP, Too Much.

“Too Much” is a smooth, seductive, heavily southern influenced six-pack, inspired by Texas 90s R&B roots. The era that  gave us legendary groups, like Hi-Five, H-Town and Jamie Foxx. The music on Jacobs’s latest effort dives deep into the region’s R&B renaissance.

With this EP I wanted to tap back into the Essentials of RnB music…Love,” says Jacobs of the release. “Times are crazy right now…Throughout the quarantine and pandemic I’ve been able to fall back in love with my music…I’ve tapped back into my sound and feel like this is my best work.”

The EP’s release is paired with Keith’s new video for “OTW,” a project favorite.  A follow-up to his January visual, “Dangerous,” the video documents Jacobs driving through the streets of Atlanta for a red light special with his soul mate.

Like most, Keith’s musical journey started in childhood as a member of his church choir. He began writing music in college and recorded in his early work in his dorm room. He released his debut, Still Tippin, in 2018 with buzzworthy singles “W.B.A.B.,” “That Money” and “Shame On You.”

‘Too Much” is available on all digital streaming platforms.
