Bobby Shmurda Parole Conditions Revealed

The conditions of Bobby Shmurda’s parole have been revealed.

The Brooklyn rapper will have to wait five years before he can resume a normal lifestyle. Under the strict terms of his parole, which ends Feb. 23, 2026, he has an 8 p.m. curfew and must submit to substance abuse testing as well as counseling for aggression and anger.

According to TMZ, he must also refrain from drinking alcohol and hanging out at bars or with gangs. Shmurda is taking his probation seriously, as evidenced in a recent video where he turned down alcohol during a club appearance.

Additionally, he must obtain and maintain employment, which won’t be a problem for the platinum hitmaker. He reportedly earned around $300,000 for a series of post-prison appearances during NBA All-Star Weekend and has been in the studio with Quavo and Young Thug.

Shmurda was released from New York’s Clinton Correctional Facility last month after serving six years of his seven-year sentence.

“I’m going to get real rich on y’all,” he told GQ following his release. “I’m going to make it legit, though. They want to see you ni**as back selling crack. You know what I mean? Going to jail and shit. And I’m going to make it legit now.”
