Iceage: Seek Shelter [Mexican Summer]
The ambitious fifth album from Iceage marks the band’s first collaboration with an outside producer. Squid: Bright Green Field [Warp]
Bright Green Field, the debut album from Brighton-based post-punks Squid, follows the 2019 Town Centre EP and was produced by Dan Carey. The band has said the record is documenting an “imaginary cityscape.”

Green-House: Music for Living Spaces [Leaving]
Los Angeles–based artist Olive Ardizoni makes music as Green-House. Fiver: Fiver With the Atlantic School of Spontaneous Composition [You’ve Changed]
Fiver is the musical project of Toronto-based singer, guitarist, and producer Simone Schmidt. Schmidt’s latest work is a collaboration with drummer Bianca Palmer and multi-instrumentalists Nick Dourado and Jeremy Costello. Schmidt recorded with the trio—dubbed the Atlantic School of Spontaneous Composition—in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People near Nova Scotia. Schmidt produced the album, which explores an improvisational approach to country music and got recorded between 2017 and 2018.

India Jordan: Watch Out! EP [Ninja Tune]
London-based producer India Jordan is back with the five-track Watch Out!, “an homage to both physical and conceptual movement.” The record features the singles “And Groove” and “Only Said Enough.” Revisit Pitchfork’s Rising feature “London Dance Producer India Jordan Is Building Community and Club Bangers.”
