Abigail Williams and Vale Of Pnath Announce U.S. Tour

At this point, it’s safe to say that everyone is assuming we’ll be able to move full-speed-ahead with shows again by the end of the summer. While there are bands like Sevendust, Byzantine, and Carnifex who are gonna roll the dice on hitting the road a little earlier in the season, August seems to be the sweet spot: that’s when we’ll see a bombardment of live dates from bands like Megadeth and Lamb of God, Deftones, Between the Buried and Me, Primus. The moving into the fall, you’ve got Gojira, Evanescence and Halestorm, Jinjer

…and now Abigail Williams and Vale of Pnath. The duo have announced a twelve-date trek, which will kick off October 6.

Says Abigail Williams mastermind Ken Sorceron:

“After more than a year since our last tour I’m very excited to play live again. ‘Walk Beyond the Dark‘ deserves a campaign as expansive as its soundscapes. We will be hitting the road with Vale Of Pnath in October and can’t wait to start the next chapter of the band.”

Vale of Pnath’s Vance Valenzuela adds:

“We can’t wait to get back out on the road this fall with Abigail Williams. We’ve been busy writing since the COVID shutdown ended our headliner last year, so we’ll be playing a ton of new music, unveiling our new lineup, and upping our stage production. This will be the most intense Vale Of Pnath live experience yet.”

When last we heard from Abigail Williams, they were using their pandemic-necessitated downtime to make a new album. There’s still no word on when that’ll come out, though.

While we wait for more intel, here are the tour dates (via The PRP):
