Raheem DeVaughn and producer Apollo Brown are now three-for-three when it comes to bangers from their joint album Lovesick.
On the new reassuring track, “I Still Love You,” DeVaughn sings to soothe the troubled mind of his woman who feels neglected in the relationship because he’s never around. He assures her that he’s just working to provide a better life for them, promising that she’s always on his mind.
Speaking on the production of the track, Brown shared, “I was all about just creating a beautiful vibe that Raheem can glide across. He did just that and then some.”
Prior to the release of “I Still Love You,” DeVaughn and Brown released the songs “When A Man” and “Zaddy” featuring 3D Na’Tee. Lovesick is set to arrive on June 4 via Mello Music.
Earlier this year, DeVaughn was featured on the Reels song, “Deja Vu” and released the music video for “Marvin Used To Say” off of his 2020 album What A Time To Be In Love
