Eyedress just released the cinematic music video for his song “Spit On Your Grave.” The “Jealous” singer takes on the persona of a swagger-filled vampire for the single and accompanying visual.
The feverishly paced video cuts through a stormy city, shrouded in night. The visual features frenzied shots of Eyedress, his partner Elvia and his crew moshing their way through the Gotham-esque city, on the hunt. The singer even dons a maroon suit, old-school walking stick and gold grill.

Director Jesse “Brvinfreeze” Plasencia discussed his creative process.
“Everyone who played a role was casted by me,” creative collaborator Brvinfreeze says. “These are my brothers. Each one of them is unique in their own special way. They all play themselves in this film.”
“Spit On Your Grave” is the darker side of a two-song single. Where “Spit On Your Grave” is grim and antagonistic, “Something About You” featuring Dent May is dreamy and lighthearted.
“Something About You” features two couples on a romantic vacation that Wes Anderson would approve of. The sweet love song makes you want to sway along to its groovy guitar riffs while watching the playful video directed by Bobby Astro.

More on Eyedress
Eyedress’ most popular song to date is the TikTok hit “Jealous.” The track is featured in over 96,000videos on the platform.
Eyedress shared his thoughts on “Jealous” with Alternative Press.
“The one I’m most known for right now is the song ‘Jealous,’ and I think that whole song and the video reflects who I am lately,” Eyedress says. “I’m a skater, so you see in the video I skate, and I’m wearing a Death Row sweater. I grew up in the hood. Just like a mixture of skate culture and punk rock. I think that song lyrically represents me. It was only a couple of years ago, but I was a little immature. I still feel pretty youthful even though I’m 30 already. I just try to keep that spirit of being creative alive, and I’m never really trying to lose sight of that side of me. Music’s always been something I did for fun. It’s crazy that it’s become something I can make a living off of. I’m just grateful. Music for me is just a therapeutic thing [where] I get to vent and get things off my chest.”

When he isn’t working on his music, he’s working on his clothing brand, Paranoia. The name behind the brand comes from a personal place.
“I dealt with a lot of mental health issues growing up,” Eyedress explains, “but I’ve somehow managed to turn it into a brand.”
