Joyner Lucas and J. Cole Team Up on ‘Your Heart’

Joyner Lucas and J. Cole unite on their first collaboration, “Your Heart.”

On the heartbreak anthem, Joyner and Jermaine get blunt about a bad breakup. “I took your heart and then I tore that shit apart, huh / I fu**ed you over, did you dirty, did you wrong, huh,” raps Joyner, while Cole also owns up to his shortcomings.

“I hate a f**k ni**a, used to be a f**k ni**a,” he raps before realizing what he lost. “You never thought you’d see the day that she was gone, huh / But you was wrong, huh.”

“Your Heart” follows Joyner’s collaboration with Lil Tjay, “Dreams Unfold,” which was released last month. Earlier in the week, Cole dropped his own surprise track “Heaven’s EP,” a remix to Drake’s “Pipe Down.”
