Mariah Carey has brought back her #MC30 campaign, releasing a new EP dedicated to her astonishing rendition of “Joy To The World.”
The seven-track release contains assorted mixes, including a Flava and Celebration mix, to the holiday staple she belted out on her multi-platinum 1994 album Merry Christmas.
Earlier this year, the iconic singer/songwriter issued EPs centered around her three different album eras: The Emancipation of Mimi, Charmbracelet, and E=MC².
The #M30 campaign launched in July 2020 with The Live Debut, an extended play of her very first live performances. She followed with several others EPs highlighting various albums and singles such as Daydream, Music Box and Butterfly.
The series of EPs set the stage for The Rarities, a double album consisting of vaulted songs and live material captured from a show at the Tokyo Dome in 1996.
Carey landed a top ten single on R&B radio and Billboard charts with her participation in Jam & Lewis’ song “Somewhat Loved.” The chart entry occurred following the announcement of her new liqueur brand called Black Irish.
