Kanye West, whose legal name is now Ye, has dedicated his latest installment of Sunday Service to “the loved ones of Astroworld,” referring to the November 5 incident at Travis Scott’s festival that left eight people dead. The performance is currently streaming on Triller, Revolt TV, and YouTube. Watch the livestream below.

On Friday night, eight people died and many others were injured at Scott’s Astroworld 2021 music festival at NRG Park in Houston. The incident occurred when the crowd compressed toward the front of the stage, causing panic and injuries. Officials transported 17 people to hospitals, including 11 people who were in cardiac arrest. A 10-year-old was reportedly among those injured, and the ages of the deceased are between 14 and 27, according to a report from The New York Times.

Scott has issued two statements since the incident occurred. “I’m absolutely devastated by what took place last night,” he wrote on November 6. “My prayers go out to the families and all those impacted by what happened at Astroworld Festival.” In a subsequent Instagram story video (viewed by Pitchfork) he said that he was “working right now to identify the families so we can help assist them through this tough time.”

Ye’s previous Sunday Service occurred on October 31, and included performances from Justin Bieber and Roddy Ricch, as well as a controversial appearance from Marilyn Manson. It marked Manson’s second live appearance with Ye this year following the Chicago listening event for Donda at Soldier Field.
