Jacquees appears to be teasing a collaboration with Drake.
Taking to Instagram, the King of R&B shared a photo of him and Drake at Future’s birthday party in Atlanta on Wednesday night.
In his caption, he seemed to hint that they have music dropping soon.
“It’s almost that time..me and The Boy 🐐 !!🙏🏾💐👑👑🥂 @champagnepapi,” he wrote.
It’s unclear if the song has already been recorded, but Jacquees’ 5 million followers feel the collaboration is long overdue. “Been time,” commented K Camp, while a fan added, “It been time!!!! Like way overdue.”
While they’ve never collaborated before, both were signed to YMCMB. In 2018, Jacquees dropped a “Quemix” to Drake’s song “Jaded.”
Jacquees continues to ready his new album, the follow-up to 2019’s King of R&B. He can also be heard on Kodie Shane’s single “Lets Not Fall in Love.”
