Death mastermind Chuck Schuldiner died on December 13, 2001. It’s nearly unfathomable that was 20 years ago. Time is a flat circle and nothing matters.
This Sunday, December 12, one day shy, Death fans all over the world can join together in a celebration of Schuldiner’s life with a special concert featuring an all-star cast of musicians, including six former members of Death.
The show will be taking place at The Brass Mug in Tampa, FL, which has been in continuous operation since 1974 and has hosted many a Florida death metal band in their early years. No Tampa? No problem: the show will be livestreamed across the entire world, so anyone with an internet connection will be able to watch.
The super-star line up for this event is as follows:
LIVING MONSTROSITY – playing Spiritual Healing in its entirety!
James Murphy (Death – guitars on Spiritual Healing)
Terry Butler (Death – bass on Spiritual Healing)
Gus Rios (Gruesome – drums)
