Much like 2020, this past year tested everyone’s pliancy and patience. In a year of ups and downs and crazy turnarounds, music is one thing we can all be grateful for.
Despite the pandemic continuing to take center stage across the globe, music has been there to help us cope, sustain, manage and get by. Music is the healing universe of the world and we have been privy to some of the most talented artists who continued to put out great music this year. We saw collaborations melding artistically across all genres including r&b, neo-soul, hip-hop, rap, country, jazz, pop, and rock & roll expanding from countries far and wide.
As we prepare to usher in 2022, we look forward to continuing to highlight music from legends, phenomenal and, rising artists as well as introducing independent and spotlighting global artists.
