“Beavis and Butt-Head will be returning this year with a brand new movie and more on Paramount+,” Judge writes. “No exact date yet, but soon. They need some time to get back in shape.”

The original adult animated series first aired between 1993 and 1997 on MTV. It lasted eight seasons and lead to the 1996 film Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, as well as the spinoff show Daria. In 2011, a revival series aired on Comedy Central.

In 2020, Comedy Central and Judge announced a second revival, this time with the two set in the present as parents to Gen Z children. Judge would work as a writer, producer and voice actor. Then, in 2021, Paramount+ announced there would be a sequel to Beavis and Butt-Head Do America.
