Shygirl announces debut album ‘Nymph,’ shares “Firefly”—listen

Shygirl has announced her debut album, Nymph. The project arrives Sept. 30.

Shygirl also released the lead single, “Firefly.” Bouncing percussive elements and Shygirl’s glossy, delicate vocals make “Firefly” an entertaining listen.

Nymph is a 12-track project and was created in collaboration with Mura Masa, Sega Bodega, Arca and more. The album was produced by Noah Goldstein, Danny L Harle, BloodPop, Vegyn and Kingdom.

Shygirl will be performing at many festivals across Europe this summer, including Primavera Sound, We Love Green, Dour Festival, Katowice Festival and more. Additionally, Shygirl will return to the U.S. for Ladyland Festival in New York City in June and for Los Angeles’ Primavera Sound in September. Check below for a full list of tour dates.
