When it comes to metalcore, you can’t go wrong with Darkest Hour. The band have time and time again delivered the kind of raging anguish that makes us want to stick our tongues out atop a pile of burning America. But now, it’s Europe that’s going to get squatted over in ruins, as the band have announced a European tour (though honestly, it’s just Germany with one Czech date) honoring the 15th anniversary of their 2007 album Deliver Us — which, of course, means they’re going to play that album in its entirety.
Said the band in a statement:
“We love you all and It has been way to long!
“Come celebrate life, love, and metal with us this summer as we perform Deliver Us in it’s entirety plus a whole bunch of hits (where time permits)!
“We will be playing on a mix of festivals and club shows and we will do our best to play so long your ears bleed!”
Fuck yeah, what’s not to love? We’re always here for an album as good as Deliver Us being played front to back.
