Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Recruits Bryson Tiller for New Song ‘Gotta Move On’

The time has come. Sean “Diddy” Combs has released “Gotta Move On,” his new single featuring Bryson Tiller, who runs with the baton for most of the song. They first debuted the song live at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.

Easily one of the year’s catchiest songs, “Gotta Move On” examines the painful realization of learning your partner no longer sees the relationship progressing in a positive direction. No one wants to have their love rejected when you’ve done your best by an interest.

However, Diddy isn’t sweating the dismissal as much as Tiller. He offers tips to those going through a one-sided breakup, motivating them to focus on chasing the paper as it will show up in their glow-up afterward.

“Gotta Move On” is the first offering from Diddy untitled album, which will be released on Love Records, his R&B-centric label under Motown Records. More collaborations like the one with Tiller are promised to appear on the LP.

The new song arrives ahead of Diddy accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 BET Awards. It was revealed earlier this week the music mogul would join past recipients such as Prince, Queen Latifah, New Edition, Anita Baker, and Mary J. Blige, to name a few.

In 2021, Diddyjoined Majid Jordan for their third album Wildest Dreams. He also teamed up with DJ Khaled for “This Is My Year,” a star-studded track featuring Big Sean, Rick Ross, and A Boogie With a Hoodie. It surfaced on Khaled Khaled

As for Tiller, in March, he explored the electronic-dance genre on “What Would You Do?” masterminded by British DJ/producer Joel Corry and French DJ/producer David Guetta.

Tiller released his mixtape, Killer Instinct 2: The Nightmare Before, in the fall of 2021. It arrived before his holiday-driven project, A Different Christmas. Both projects debuted after his sophomore album, Anniversary, which also had a deluxe edition
