T.I. Blasts VH1 for Canceling ‘Family Hustle’

T.I. is putting VH1 on blast for canceling his reality series, “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.”

In response to a meme that said “I wish TI Family Hustle still came on,” Tip ripped the network for its decision to suspend production, which came amid sexual abuse allegations.

“@vh1 13years no loyalty. No Integrity. Just jumped to conclusions,” he captioned the video clip, which was soundtracked by his Lil Jon collaboration “F**k Em.”

“False accusations. No apology. No accountability. No closure. In the name of protecting women…while unfairly, without due process….Subsequently punishing Women???… No problem,” he added alongside the middle finger emoji.

Back in February 2021, VH1 halted production on the fourth season of “Friends & Family Hustle” after T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris were accused of sexual abuse. At the time, Deadline reported that the decision to pause production was made mutually by MTV Entertainment, T.I., and Tiny.

The suspension came after multiple anonymous women accused the couple of drugging them and coercing them into compromising sexual situations. T.I. and Tiny denied the allegations, calling them “false” and “baseless.”

Prosecutors ultimately decided not to charge the couple with any crimes because the cases, including one in L.A. and Las Vegas, fell outside the statute of limitations.

“T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle” premiered in October 2018 and aired for three seasons. The show, which chronciled the lives of the couple and their seven children as well as their friends, was renewed for a fourth season before production was suspended amid the allegations.
