Earlier today, Slipknot hinted at the release of new music — and now, they’ve delivered. The nine-headed Iowan sex monster have announced their next full-length album, and have dropped a new single to boot.
Slipknot’s new album will be titled The End, So Far, and drops September 30th. The record is already available for preorder.
The new single, “The Dying Song (Time to Sing),” is kind of like “Unsainted” off of 2019’s We Are Not Your Kind — a religion-themed single with a big singalong chorus. It goes heavy at times, but definitely feels more pop-leaning for the band.
