As promised, Megan Thee Stallion has dropped her new single “Pressurelicious,” which features guest vocals from Future. Meg has been teasing the track since last month, but she officially announced the release date and single art yesterday on her social media channels. The track was produced by HitKidd and arrived three hours before a typical midnight release: “since it already leaked lol,” Meg explained. Listen to “Pressurelicious” below.

Meg discussed her next album in a recent cover story interview with Rolling Stone, where she also teased “Pressurelicious” for the first time, discussing Future’s presence on the new track. “He just so fucking ratchet!” Meg told Rolling Stone’s Mankaprr Conteh (who has contributed to Pitchfork).

Meg added: “He is unapologetically himself. I appreciate that about anybody who gets up and has to do anything in the public eye. Anybody who has to read about their life online every day and deal with so many energies and can put it out into their music and do it gracefully, I feel like you deserve your flowers.”

Back in April, Meg made her Coachella debut in Indio, California, where she premiered a new track during her set. She issued the single, titled “Plan B,” shortly after, following it with the release of a stark music video directed by Casey Cadwallader (the creative director of Mugler) and John Miserendino.

The rapper was also recently honored with her very own day in her hometown of Houston, where she was awarded the key to the city. Last month, Meg joined a number of artist who spoke out during their concerts about the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
