John Legend has released the video for his Saweetie-assisted single, “All She Wanna Do.”
Directed by Christian Breslauer, the split-screen visual opens with Legend, dressed in all pink, in a room showing off his slick dance moves. On the other side of the wall are dancers, under the impression they are participating in an open casting call for a music video.
Throughout the video, the dancers perform their impressive freestyle moves not knowing Legend is on the other side. Saweetie eventually appears to perform her verse before surprising each dancer.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Legend also surprises the dancers who appear to be stunned that they were not auditioning but rather performing in the EGOT winner’s music video.
After a quick wardrobe change, towards the end, Legend and Saweetie join the women in one for a dance party.
“All She Wanna Do” is the third song teased from Legend’s double album, LEGEND, due Sept. 9 on Republic Records. He previously shared the JID-assisted “Dope” and his sweet duet with Muni Long, “Honey.” Both songs were accompanied by a video directed by Breslauer.
LEGEND will include additional features from Jazmine Sullivan, Jhené Aiko, Ty Dolla $ign, Ledisi, Amber Mark, Rick Ross and more. Speaking of Sullivan, she will join Legend as a battle advisor for Team Legend on NBC’s The Voice. The new season premieres Monday, Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. ET.
On Oct. 14, Legend will resume his Las Vegas residency, “Love In Las Vegas,” at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. He will play eight shows through Oct. 29.
