Rising Star Jae Stephens gives different looks in new video for single “High My Name Is”

Rising Star Jae Stephens has a new video single, “High My Name Is,” which is also the title track for her five-track EP she released last month.

The multi-talented singer-songwriter and producer Stephens was one of the winners of the Issa Rae Raedio Label X Goggle Accelerated Creator’s Program.

Stephens has a knack for writing songs with metaphors and catchy lyrics as with “High My Name Is,” which is mid-tempo and has a futuristic feel.

“Hi, my name is, High, Your love got me faded, I could fly.”

YouTube fans are sharing much love for the song as one wrote “obsessed with this, esp the first verse and how it flows effortlessly into the pre. love the new ep, Jae!,” and another commented “I love this. Putting on repeat 💕.”

In the video, Stephens is seen in different rooms singing along to the song. She has a different look for each room, and even features a sexy scene with Stephens in a white bra, and shorts, with candles lit. At one point, Stephens is in the back of the car singing and waving. In this artistically pleasing video, “Hgh My Name Is” Stephens’ gives a full-on sexy vibe with smooth calm vocals warming the set.
