Papoose Ft. Tre Williams “Pap Did”

Pap Did!

After previewing the clip on social media, Papoose releases the official audio for his latest freestyle, “Pap Did”.

Over DJ Khaled and company’s “God Did” instrumental, the Brooklyn veteran gets back into his comfort zone with the bars. “Papoose is a prophet, he’s smart as Moses / When it comes to the lyrics, who’s the coldest?” raps Pap, while Tre Williams lends his vocals. Papoose continues, “Nobody drops more songs than me / 12 albums, one year, made history,” in reference to releasing an album each month in 2021.

Pap even runs down a quick obituary by acknowledging, “Queen Elizabeth died, give a moment of silence / Breonna Taylor a queen too, pay homage / Rest in peace, PnB Rock, a Rock is solid / His legacy will remain strong, no doubt about it.”

Papoose’s take is just one of the few “God Did” freestyles from others including Fivio Foreign, Vado, and more. Over the summer, Pap released a couple of original music such as “Rocky Balboa” and “Cap“.
