And they’re back.
Willie The Kid and producer V Don have just announced their Deutsche Marks trilogy and the pair usher in the news with their “Heather Grey 2” single featuring Eto.
Over V Don’s eerie and hypnotic instrumentation, the Grand Rapids lyricist savagely raps, “Hoping out the Genesis / All you bitches get / Is hard dick and bubble gum, no Big League Chew / Bulletproof under the hoody / Had the grey too,” before Eto follows through with “Life threw me lemons, lemonade too / Made fours, tre eight o’s had the gauge too / Plain clothes vacate those / I hop the gate too.”
“With the first single, “Heather Grey 2,” we had to give the people what they want and came to see; reliable art from a brand they can trust, says Willie. “Deutsche Marks is a brand. Heather Grey is a brand. It’s only right we lead off Deutsche Marks III with “Heather Grey 2.” This is industrial strength rap!”
Deutsche Marks 3 is penciled in to arrive October 28 and it will also include contributions from Ransom, Rome Streetz, Abe Linx, and Lord Apex.
