Tory Lanez Guilty In Megan Thee Stallion Shooting

Tory Lanez was found guilty in the 2020 shooting of rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

On Friday (Dec. 23), a Los Angeles jury found the Toronto rapper and singer guilty on three charges including assault with a semiautomatic firearm, carrying a loaded unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and discharge of a firearm with gross negligence.

Jurors reached a verdict after nearly seven hours of deliberation across two days, following a trial that lasted nearly two weeks. Megan, who wasn’t present in court, accused Tory, 30 of shooting her in the foot following an argument in Hollywood Hills in 2020.

Tory Lanez will be sentenced on January 27.
