PARTYNEXTDOOR is back with “Her Old Friends,” his first new song in three years.
On “Her Old Friends,” co-produced by OG Parker and G.Ry, with additional assists from Nuki Beats and Candychyld, the Grammy-nominated superstar pushes the toxic R&B agenda.
PARTYNEXTDOOR addresses the sex-positive actions of his old flame and questions who is responsible.
As he chastises an ex and those closest to her for her sexual conquests, he croons about wanting her back but wanting her to leave her faux-friends behind along with her poisonous habits.
“I hate when a cute girl see a bad bitch / And try to get the bad bitch to do average shit / Yeah / And on my name,” PARTYNEXTDOOR sings.
It has yet to be determined if “Her Old Friends” will appear on a future project.
PARTYNEXTDOOR’s most recent album, PARTYMOBILE, was released in March 2020.
The LP debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and No. 8 on the Billboard 200.
Later that year, he dished out PARTYPACK, a collection of songs that dated back to 2015.
PARTYNEXTDOOR enlisted Drake, Bad Bunny, Rihanna, and the vocals of the late Nipsey Hussle between the two projects.
PARTYNEXTDOOR’s track “Loyal,” performed alongside Drake, went platinum with more than one million equivalent units sold. The same platinum success occurred with “Believe It,” which features Rihanna.
PARTYNEXTDOOR’s SoundCloud classic, COLOURS, was uploaded to all streaming platforms last year. Travis Scott and Ca$h Out appear on the project.
Most recently, PARTYNEXTDOOR guests on Diddy’s latest song, “Sex In The Porsche.”
