Mario Talks PartyNextDoor, Chris Brown, New Music, Book & More In New Interview

Mario happily unveiled more information on a variety of topics ranging from the infamous New Year’s Eve photo with PartyNextDoor to what’s next to come from the previously released single with Chris Brown to what he has in store for 2023 on the BMF Season 2 red carpet premiere last month in Hollywood.

“That’s just one of those nights, man,” says Mario when asked about the PND photo. “After New Year,  we got in and cooked up a few records… We’re starting this vibe right now just to see where it can take us. I plan something great coming out of it, though.”

Mario released “Get Back” featuring Chris Brown in 2021. And while many thought the song was a bonafide hit with over 2.8 million views on his YouTube channel, the collaboration failed to reach the charts and airwaves. But, when asked about the collaboration, he shared that the song will see new life in the coming months.

“It’s cooking,” he says. “The conversations are there. It’s a timing thing. But, for sure, it’s definitely cooking. The fans been asking a lot too.”

Mario previewed his upcoming new album with the release of  Like Her Too.”  his latest single. In response to questions about his 2023 plans, including an album and tour, he revealed a lot is in the works. He explained:

“More music. A project by the end of the year. Definitely another tour. I’m working on some scripts and stuff. It’s a lot of cool things I’m working on, passion projects. But definitely more music. I’m focusing on all music.”
