E-40’s all about the “Bands” on his brand new single.
Directed by Jae Synth, the accompanying music video finds the Vallejo, California legend rapping his love for money at Grambling State University.
“Ladies like the way I play the field / They love my personality, I’m real,” he raps along with the school band. “Suckers gon’ always be hella mad at me / ‘Cause I’m all about the mighty dollar bill.”
“Bands” is E-40’s first single since last year’s “In The Air Where It’s Fair” featuring Cousin Fik. He can also be heard on the Mount Westmore album, Snoop Cube 40 $hort alongside Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and Too $hort.
