Angie Stone has unveiled the video for “Love The Feeling,” which is featured on her recently released album, Love Language.
The Charles West-directed video shows Stone at a grown and sexy gathering, where she is the main attraction, as couples groove to the sound of her sophisticated voice.
“This video was inspired by the infectious nature of two-step dancing and how we express love for one another through movement,” Stone says about the video’s inspiration. “Two-step dancing has made its way around the globe and is a sign of happiness and love. My hope is that you’ll be inspired to move and step during your home cookouts, house parties, and grown folks’ outings.”
“Love The Feeling” is Stone’s latest single from Love Language, her first album under Conjunction Entertainment/SRG-ILS Group.
Ahead of the album, released on May 19, Stone shared the singles “Kiss You” and “The Gym” featuring Musiq Soulchild.
Love Language also includes a feature from Swayvo Twain, the son of Stone and D’Angelo, on “Old Thang Back.”
“Recording this album took me back to the creation of my sophomore album Mahogany Soul mainly because the music simply felt GOOD,” stated Stone in a previous statement.
Love Language is Stone’s first album since 2019’s Full Circle. That studio effort included the top 30 R&B single, “Dinosaur.”
