Name-wise, I’d say they killed it, with the album art to match. A new project has been released into the world from Christopher Duett (Bishop) and Mark Johnson (LoveHateHero), and they’ve called it Encino Man. Funny movie. Great name.
Blending hardcore with skate punk and hip-hop, Encino Man’s debut is a throwback title-wise as well in being called Mixtape ’97 Vol. 1 (if you were around for the times then you know why this hits). Its lead single is called “Fuckface,” and you can hear it all below.
