Singer/ songwriter, producer, Multi-Grammy nominated and gifted artist Stokley releases new video for his latest single “Cascade” featuring soul/R&B songstress The Bonfyre.” Vocally, the duo compliment each other and blend perfectly throughout to produce a matrix of sound that is reminiscent of the 80’s.

“Cascade” is a feel good futuristic song that has a “Prince” inspired theme and grapples with whether or not one can get back on track, and get to a good place in a relationship.

In the video, Stokley seeks to have his memory totally permanently erased of all misdeeds and wrongdoings. The pain he’s caused in his relationship are shown in scenes  of infidelity playing out as he undergoes the process of erasure. The question can be asked, does the memory of some people ever really leave you?

The video is esthetically pleasing with Stokley showcasing his flare for style while adorning some of the flyest chapeaus, and “The BonFyre” giving us Jessica Rabbit vibes in her red, makes for a vibrant visual experience.

“Cascade” follows Stokley’s 2020 summer release “Vibrant” which features Snopp Dogg, and his #1 smash hit single “She.”  His highly anticipated sophomore album titled “Sankofa” is set to drop April 5, 2021 and will include all of these singles.
