A classic never goes out of style, especially when beautiful voices are singing it. In collaboration with ESPN, Chloe x Halle put their enchanting harmonic language to work on a remake of Ray Charles’ timeless tune “Georgia on My Mind.”
It’s once again the soundtrack for their Masters Tournament, which is now in its 85th edition, and happening from April 8-11 in Augusta, Georgia, at the Augusta National Golf Club. India.Arie previously remade the song last year.
Backed by a symphony orchestra, with hints of electric guitar strums and a hard bass undertone, the dynamic sister duo float through this regarded staple with much poise, skill, and elegance.
Recently, Chloe x Halle shared a chrome edition of their highly-praised Ungodly Hour album with two bonus tracks. Their sophomore album’s original version was cheered as one of Rated R&B’s 30 best R&B albums of 2020, positioning inside the top three.
