Deftones have canceled their summer dates in Ukraine and Russia, the band announced today (March 29). “With deep regret, we will be cancelling our Ukraine and Russia shows in July,” Deftones wrote. “We’re hoping we’ll be able to return to play soon. We hope everyone is safe.”

Since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine in late February, several artists have canceled dates in both countries, including Nick Cave, Björk, and My Chemical Romance. Deftones’ spring tour of North America with Gojira is set to begin in Portland, Oregon next month.
