Gwen Bunn Shares New Song ‘2ManyThings’

Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Gwen Bunn returns with her new song, “2ManyThings.”

Far more upbeat and groovy than her previous single, “Between the Lines,” lined with trap soul elements, “2ManyThings” is draped in honest lyrics about advancing a relationship to the next level.

Bunn hasn’t had time to talk about taking their love a step further with everything on her plate. It’s seemingly why the said person hasn’t bought it up either. Nonetheless, it doesn’t stop Bunn’s heart from beating a second slower for them.

“I don’t know how to describe it / Heartbeat I can’t keep quiet / Know you want me, there’s no lying / Hope it’s true / ‘Cause I’m in the mood,” sings Bunn.

Bunn packaged “2ManyThings” with an official music video directed by Rahul and Marcos Segura. In the clip, Bunn is shot in varying scenes in different city setups and an apartment. Watch the music video below.

“2ManyThings,” is Bunn’s first release of the year and marks her return to the mic since appearing on Songs From Scratch: Volume 1.

As mentioned above, Bunn gained hype after the arrival of “Between the Lines,” featuring Faith Evans, in 2020. A music video to the song debuted and was directed by Samuel McKnight.

“This song was special for many reasons. The song is about longing for someone and knowing that y’all are better together than apart regardless of the ups and downs,” Bunn explained. “Legendary moment because Faith doesn’t do many features and her being willing was an honor.”

Leading up to the release of Bunn’s collaboration with Evans, several other singles preceded, including “Pressure” and “No Days Off.”
