Jazmine Sullivan, Jhené Aiko to Perform Concerts at North 2 Shore Festival

Jazmine Sullivan and Jhené Aiko have teamed with Black Promoters Collective to co-headline two shows for the North 2 Shore Festival.

The concerts are set to take place at Boardwalk Hall Arena on June 10 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and at Prudential Center on June 23 in Newark, New Jersey. Both shows are scheduled to start at 8 p.m.

Sullivan, tapped for multiple festivals this year, will support her Grammy-winning album Heaux Tales and its deluxe edition. The standard edition, named the best R&B album of 2021 by Rated R&B, gained rave reviews as the popularity of its runaway single, “Pick Up Your Feelings,” grew.

A year later, before Sullivan took home two Grammys in 2022, she released Heaux Tales, Mo Tales: The Deluxe. The expanded version includes “Hurt Me So Good,” Sullivan’s second chart-topping single on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart.

Aiko could treat audiences to a performance of her new song “Calm & Patient.” She will likely perform music from her Grammy-nominated album Chilombo, along with songs from her debut mixtape, Sailing Soul (s), which she uploaded to streaming platforms for the first time in 2021.

Tickets for both shows are available at blackpromoterscollective.com. Prices start at $69.50.
