Almost Healed.
Ahead of the release of his Almost Healed album, Lil Durk shares the visuals for the forthcoming projects opening tracks, “Therapy Session” and “Pelle Coat”.
Opened with the album’s skit, “Therapy Session”, narrated by Alicia Keys, and introspective Durkio opens up on the struggles of life and the loss of King Von from a ride through the city to a mosque.
“Like how I’ma sacrifice Von? I’m the only nigga reached for his hand / Like why lie like I ain’t give up money for the funeral? / I’m like, “Damn”, he raps. ” I ain’t see his kids yet, same time they probably believe what they hearing / I ain’t makin’ statements for the whole case, like how I’ma tell on my mans?
Lil Durk’s Almost Healed drops Friday (May 26). The album includes the previous single “All My Life” featuring J. Cole and will feature guests Future, Kodak Black, Juice WRLD, and more.
